Exhibitors will be provided a display table and two chairs. Meals in the dining area are available for up to two exhibitor booth staffers each day.

It is recommended that exhibitors staff their booths for the duration of each day's schedule, as conference attendees will be visiting the exhibit space before, during, and after presentations. Workshops are not included in exhibitor registration.

We will contact you in early July with detailed instructions and additional information.

Cancellations received in writing by July 7, 2025, will be accepted and fees refunded less a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after July 7, 2025, or for non-attendance at the conference.
